Medical Disclaimer and Notice Regarding Prescription Products

DeNovo Longevity, Inc. ("DeNovo Longevity") is a health and performance coaching service and technology provider. DeNovo Longevity is not a medical practice, does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not prescribe, dispense, or sell prescription medications. The coaching, educational content, technology tools, and wellness services offered by DeNovo Longevity are not a substitute for professional medical advice, and no doctor–patient relationship is created between you and DeNovo Longevity through your use of our services.

Any prescription medication is provided exclusively through an independent, licensed medical provider who is not employed or controlled by DeNovo Longevity. That provider exercises independent professional judgment and has sole discretion to determine whether any prescription product is appropriate for you, based on their own clinical evaluation. DeNovo Longevity does not influence, direct, or guarantee any prescribing decision. There is no guarantee that you will be prescribed any product, and a decision to prescribe—or not to prescribe—rests entirely with the treating provider.

If, and only if, the treating provider determines a prescription is appropriate, the ordering physician will transmit the prescription to a licensed compounding pharmacy for fulfillment. Any prescribed medication is dispensed by, and shipped directly to you from, that licensed pharmacy. DeNovo Longevity does not handle, store, dispense, or ship prescription medications.
